Definition:

Pre-packing is a value-added service for obtaining parcel weight information before the parcel is officially sent

Service Description:

Users can choose the following two ways to purchase pre-packaged services

1. Have submited the parcel (no freight will be paid for the time being)

Please note the parcel number (S+number) when purchasing the "pre-packing" service. We will directly update the weight of the parcel after the "pre-packing" is completed. You can send it directly after you pay the package fee. (If the packaging requirements of the "pre-packaged" remarks are inconsistent with the packaging requirements of the actual parcel, the parcel weight will not be updated, and the "pre-packaged" result will be sent in the form of a station letter)

2. No parcel submitted

When purchasing the "pre-packaged" service, please note the product number (OG+number) that requires "pre-packaged". It is recommended that all the products that require "pre-packaged" are in the state of "can submit parcel" before purchasing the "pre-packaged" service, if the product arrives Warehouse, we will deal with the goods after they are in the warehouse.

Timeliness and presentation method: The pre-packing is completed within 24 hours after the user purchases the service and the parcel weight information is sent through this Order Message
