Kako Insurance covers the following three types of insurance:
Delay Insurance:
If your package exceeds the delivery time of 30 or 40 days (starting from the date of shipment, depending on different routes), we will compensate you with 20% of the shipping fee.
Customs Hold Insurance:
If your package is detained by customs, we will compensate you based on the package situation and the compensation criteria.
Loss/Damage Insurance:
If your package is lost or damaged, we will compensate you based on the package situation and the compensation criteria.

I. Compensation Guidelines
If your package is lost/damaged, delayed, or held by customs, and you purchased package insurance when submitting the shipment, we will provide compensation based on the actual shipping fee + the actual value of the goods, up to the insured amount. If your package is delayed and you receive delay compensation, and then it is lost/damaged or held by customs, we will deduct the amount of delay compensation before making the final compensation.
