My international-transit parcel are arrived at Kakobuy warehouse but without place order in advance, what should I do?
Kakobuy will sign for the parcel and store it at the warehouse as a special case, but we will destroy the parcel when it is over 60days storage period and if nobody contacts us.
You can only check the status after you place an order with full details of package and goods, Kakobuy can only figure out which this parcel belongs by details provided by the customer and then can update the parcel status.
REMINDER:
1. Kakobuy will update and manage special items/packages every day 09:00 AM and 3:00 PM, if you have submitted details, please check it after 09:00 AM or 3:00 PM.
2.Please must follow Kakobuy standard procedure and place order firstly, to avoid any mistake or delay on cargo storage and shipping. Thanks for your understanding.
