Kakobuy International Transit: Forwarding & Consolidation
Already bought something yourself and just need it forwarded? Kakobuy’s international transit service receives parcels you send to its warehouse and ships them home. Here’s how to get your warehouse address, submit a transfer order, and consolidate multiple parcels.
International transit (also called forwarding or transshipment) is for goods you purchased on your own and want Kakobuy to receive and ship internationally — no purchasing agent involved. The flow is: get your dedicated warehouse address, send your parcels there, declare them with a transfer order, then submit the waybill and pay freight.
How to get your international transit address
Log in to your account and open the Member Center. Under the International Forwarding column, click “Warehouse Address” to see the complete address to give your Chinese sellers as the delivery destination.
Always use the exact, current warehouse address shown in your account — don’t reuse an old address from a forum or screenshot, as warehouse details can change.
How to submit a transfer order & consolidate
There are two paths, depending on whether the goods came from a Kakobuy purchase order or from your own outside order.
1. Purchased through Kakobuy. Once the item is on the shelf, go to Member Center → My Orders, select the item(s) under “submit waybill” status (tick several to ship them together), click Submit Waybill, choose your consignee address, pick a shipping line from the available channels and rates, then pay to complete.
2. Consolidation (your own parcels).
- In Member Center, click International Address, fill in your overseas consignee details, and save.
- Choose Consolidation on the homepage, submit the product and logistics information, and wait for the transshipment parcel to be stored.
- After the goods are in the warehouse, open My Orders, select the items in “Can submit the waybill” state, click Submit Waybill, choose your consignee address, pick a route and rate, then pay.
My parcel arrived but I didn’t submit an order first
Kakobuy will still sign for and store an unannounced parcel as a special case — but it may be destroyed after 60 days of storage if nobody claims it. You can only track its status after you place a transfer order with full package and goods details, so Kakobuy can match the parcel to you.
Timing: special/unannounced items are updated twice daily, at 09:00 and 15:00. Submit your details, then check back after one of those windows. To avoid delays, always follow the standard procedure and place your order before sending goods.
