Terms and Conditions for Refunds

1. If the amount recharged by the user through paypal, credit card or other online payment methods needs to be refunded, we will return it to the original account of the user through the original return method. The resulting handling fee shall be borne by the user.

2. If the amount recharged by the user through remittance needs to be refunded, we need to verify the user's detailed information and require the user to provide the credit card billing address, the front and back of the credit card, and identification information. After passing the review, it will be processed by the financial staff within 2-3 days. The resulting handling fee shall be borne by the user.

3. After the user recharges successfully, it takes more than 2 days before submitting the refund application.
