Compensation applications will not be accepted in the following cases:

3. Damage of fragile items in transit

4. The logistics track shows that it has been successfully delivered to the correct address

5. Political reasons, natural disasters and other irresistible factors that belong to the third-party logistics provider's disclaimer clause
